Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

(Excludes Pre-orders and Made-to-order Items)

  • Dispatch Time: Approximately 3–4 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 4–5 working days in metro cities after dispatch; approximately 8–10 working days to other cities / areas after dispatch.

Please note that these timelines may vary due to local conditions at the origin and destination pin codes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is received damaged,
  • The product has any manufacturing defect, or
  • A wrong item was delivered.

It is important to communicate such issues via email along with the unboxing video and complete order details within 24 hours from the delivery. Please note that return or replacement requests sent over WhatsApp or social media will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Die-cast Cars: Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
  • Custom Models: Specially ordered or personalized die-cast cars.
  • Opened Packages: Die-cast cars that have been removed from their original packaging.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

To support a smooth and fair returns process:

  • Start the video before opening the outer parcel — clearly capture the shipping label, carrier stickers and all sides of the box.
  • Record continuously without cuts or edits.
  • Open the packaging on a clean, well-lit surface.
  • Show the inner packaging, then slowly reveal each item.
  • Close-up the defective / damaged / incorrect portion of the product.
  • Keep the video file size reasonable (ideally under 100 MB) and share it via email attachment or cloud link.

Claims without a compliant, unedited unboxing video will not be entertained. This protects both you and us from shipping-related disputes.
